A 20-year-old lady, Dije Abdulkadir was arrested alongside her 55-year-old father in Bauchi state for incest and attempted murder.


Dije Abdulkadir who got impregnated by her father confessed that she decided to throw her baby inside a well after putting to bed.


However, the timely intervention of residents in the area who rescued the baby alive saved her life.

  An 18-year-old married woman, Chinasa Odeh, has died during childbirth in Ebonyi State.   The teenager was laid to rest on Monday, December 11, at her husband's compound in Ndulo Amike Izhia in Ohaukwu Local Government Area of the state.   Her brother-in-law, Oge Nwizhia, who earlier announced her demise, said the baby survived and ‘is full of life’
